«På Sjøen» er en konferanse for havets kvinner:   Maritime Bergen samarbeider med WISTA Norge og sjømannsorganisasjonene hvor vi sammen inviterer seilende kvinner, meglere, operatører, teknikere, studenter og andre interesserte.
